Meeting- Club House Ethel Road- 30th October 2011 at 3.30pm
You are invited to a member’s meeting on the above date and time. The purpose of the meeting is to engage in discussion and obtain your views on the opening and closing times for winter and the financial implications of the same. We will also like your views on the possibility of opening during the daytime on the odd occasion to facilitate the preparation and sale of food as a source of fundraising.
For those individuals who have not renewed their membership for the 2011/2012 season, please note that you will not be invited to take part in the discussions unless your fee is paid in full on or before the 30th October. The fee is £20.00 for social members and is payable to either the Chairman or Treasurer.
